一年前、私は「NPO法人 障がい者就労支援事業共創ネットワーク（K-NET!」の勉強会に出席し、「株式会社 沖ワークウェル（OKIワークウェル）」代表取締役社長 津田 貴さんの「在宅勤務向けコミュニケーションシステム」のプレゼンテーションを聞きました。2018年12月4日のテレビ朝日の番組でもフィーチャーされたそのテレワークシステムは、物理的なバリアをなくし、仕事をしたくてもできなかった人ができるようになるというもの。私は素晴らしい社会貢献方法だと思い、津田さんに話を聞いて来ました。彼の熱意や夢、モチベーションについて直接取材する機会ができて、とても有意義でした。どんな社会が実現可能なのか、それを実現するために何が大切なのか…是非ビデオをご覧ください。
A year ago, I had participated in a study session organized by an NPO called K-Net! (https://kyoso-net.jimdo.com/, in Japanese) that aims at increasing the income levels of people with disabilities. There, the CEO of OKI Workwel (https://www.okiworkwel.co.jp/ , in Japanese), Takashi Tsuda-san gave a presentation of his company which had developed systems and processes that were essential in employing the people with disabilities so that they could work remotely. Such systems and care eliminated the barriers for those who were motivated to work. Recently, I had a chance to interview Tsuda-san on his passion, motivation, and dreams.
