コーチングの研修中に、私は、即興（インプロ）がクライアントとブレーンストーミングする時に使える良いスキルだということがわかり、昨年から「インプロジャパン」インプロを習い始めました。
When I was going through the training of coaching, I realized that theatrical improvisation (impro or improv) was a great skill to use to brainstorm with clients.
そしてインプロは私を変えました！
私はインプロの基本ルールである「イエス、アンド」が、他人を受け入れることや他人から学ぶこと、パートナーシップの可能性を探ること、その瞬間を思い切り生きることに役に立つということがわかりました。
株式会社インプロジャパン 代表取締役の池上奈生美さんと公認講師の峰松佳代さんにインタビューし、いろんな質問をしてみました。
例えば、
なぜインプロはグローバルなのか？
「イエス、アンド」の秘密は何か？それがどうやって意味のある関係作りの手助けになるのか？
どうやって「イエス、アンド」で視野と経験を広げられるか？
なぜ池上さんと峰松さんは「いつ死んでもいい」と言い切れるのか？
このインタビューは本当に楽しかったです。皆さんにも楽しんでもらえればと思います。
Then, I started to learn improv myself last year at ImproJapan. And it transformed me!
I realized that its fundamental principle, YES, AND was useful in accepting others, learning from them, exploring the possibilities of partnership, and living fully at the moment.
I interviewed the Founder and the President Naomi Ikegami-san and our great instructor Kayo Minematsu-san. I asked many questions, such as:
Why improvisation is global?
What is the secret of YES, AND, and how it can help us in maintaining meaningful relationships?
How can we expand our horizons/experiences by applying YES, AND?
What is secret of Improvisation that keeps building imaginary but unique (one time and the only time!) experiences?
And why both Ikegami-san and Minemoto-san can say it is OK if I they are ready to die at any time?
I really enjoyed this session, and I hope you do as well.
